Scope. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you visit our Site, sign up for a demo or waitlist, attend our events, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us as a prospective or current contact. This Privacy Policy does not govern how we process data on behalf of our enterprise customers through our products and services. Customer data processing is governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, or other written agreement between Endex and the customer (collectively, "Customer Agreements"). If you are an end user of our products through your employer, please refer to your employer's privacy notice and the applicable Customer Agreement for information about how your data is handled within the Endex platform.

Exercising Your Rights
To submit a privacy request, contact us at privacy@endex.ai. We will verify your identity before processing your request. We aim to respond within 45 days (or the shorter period required by applicable law). If we need additional time, we will notify you.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the authorized agent to provide proof of authorization and may contact you directly to verify the request.
Endex is based in the United States, and personal information collected through the Site is stored and processed in the United States. If you are visiting the Site from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Statement
Endex complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Endex has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Endex has also certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. Access. In accordance with the DPF Access Principle, individuals in the European Union, the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar), and Switzerland have the right to access personal data about them that Endex holds and to correct, amend, or delete such personal data where it is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of the DPF Principles. To exercise these rights, please contact Endex at privacy@endex.ai. Endex will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Access, correction, amendment, or deletion may be limited in certain circumstances as permitted under the DPF Principles, including where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the individual’s privacy, or where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated.
Choice. Where Endex intends to (i) disclose personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, or the Swiss-U.S. DPF to a third party (other than an agent acting on Endex’s behalf under a written contract requiring protection consistent with the DPF Principles), or (ii) use such personal data for a purpose that is materially different from the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual, Endex will offer individuals the opportunity to opt out. Inquiries and Complaints. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Endex commits to resolve DPF Principles-related complaints about our collection and use of your personal information. EU, UK, and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF should first contact Endex at: privacy@endex.ai.
Independent Recourse Mechanism. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Endex commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your DPF Principles-related complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please visit https://www.jamsadr.com/dpf-dispute-resolution for more information or to file a complaint. Arbitration. For complaints regarding DPF compliance not resolved by any of the other DPF mechanisms, you have the possibility, under certain conditions, to invoke binding arbitration. Regulatory Authority. The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Endex's compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF. Endex is also liable in cases of onward transfers to third parties.
Standard Contractual Clauses
For transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area ("EEA") and the United Kingdom ("UK") not covered by our DPF certification, and as a supplemental safeguard, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, as applicable) to provide appropriate safeguards for the transfer of personal data to the United States.

These measures include encryption in transit, access controls, and security monitoring. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
