This Privacy Policy explains how Edvise, Inc., doing business as Endex ("Endex," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our website at endex.ai, our marketing and advertising activities, our event registrations, and other interactions you may have with us outside of a customer contractual relationship (collectively, the "Site").
Scope. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you visit our Site, sign up for a demo or waitlist, attend our events, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us as a prospective or current contact. This Privacy Policy does not govern how we process data on behalf of our enterprise customers through our products and services. Customer data processing is governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, or other written agreement between Endex and the customer (collectively, "Customer Agreements"). If you are an end user of our products through your employer, please refer to your employer's privacy notice and the applicable Customer Agreement for information about how your data is handled within the Endex platform.
Personal Information We Collect
Information You Provide to Us
- Contact Information. Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and mailing address, collected when you fill out a form, request a demo, join our waitlist, or contact us.
- Professional Information. Company name, job title, department, and professional background, collected to help us understand your needs and communicate with you effectively.
- Event and Survey Information. Information you provide when registering for a webinar, conference, or other event we host or participate in, or when you respond to a survey.
- Communications. The content of messages you send us through email, contact forms, or other channels, including any recordings of sales or support calls (where permitted by law and with appropriate notice).
- Investor Information. If you are a shareholder or investor, we collect information related to your investment, including share purchasing history, number and value of shares held, and holder-of-record details, to manage investor relations, process transactions, prepare tax documents, and maintain our cap table.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:
- Device and Browser Information. Device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers.
- Network Information. IP address, Internet service provider, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.

- Business Partners and Referrals. We may receive your contact information from a business partner, referral source, or your employer in connection with evaluating or onboarding our services.
- Data Enrichment Providers. We may supplement contact information we already hold with additional professional information (such as company size or industry) from third-party data providers to improve the relevance of our outreach.

How We Share Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may share personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers. We share personal information with service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising, payment processing (Stripe), and customer relationship management. These providers are contractually obligated to use personal information only as directed by us.
- Advertising Partners. We may share identifiers (such as hashed email addresses or cookie identifiers) with advertising platforms to deliver and measure targeted ads. Data Retention

- Demo/waitlist submissions — 24 months from submission, or until the inquiry is resolved
- Website analytics data — 26 months
- Event registration data — 24 months from the event date
- Communications and support inquiries — 36 months from resolution
- Investor data — Duration of the investment relationship plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance
We may retain personal information for longer periods where required by law (e.g., tax or accounting obligations) or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

To submit a privacy request, contact us at privacy@endex.ai. We will verify your identity before processing your request. We aim to respond within 45 days (or the shorter period required by applicable law). If we need additional time, we will notify you.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the authorized agent to provide proof of authorization and may contact you directly to verify the request.
International Data Transfers
Endex is based in the United States, and personal information collected through the Site is stored and processed in the United States. If you are visiting the Site from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
For individuals in the European Economic Area ("EEA") or the United Kingdom ("UK"), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, as applicable) to provide appropriate safeguards for the transfer of personal data to the United States.

Children's Privacy

Communication Preferences
- Marketing Emails. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email. Service-related communications (e.g., account notifications or transactional emails) are not affected by this preference.
